Weekly Recap: October, 2014 – Week #2

WEARING

10/1/1410/2/1410/3/1410/4/1410/5/1410/6/1410/7/1410/8/1410/9/14So, these are the first 9 outfits for the 31 Days, 31 Ways Fall Remix. I’ve already worn 19 of my 20 pieces at least once. My grey floral sweatshirt will have to wait until the weather gets colder. Early October in the Carolinas can be pretty warm. 😉

I’m also linking up with Whitney @ Whitney à la mode and Alex @ Undergraduate Style for their Blogging Besties link up. I think both the B&W striped top and the B&W striped shift dress qualify. 😀

Audrey is my fave this week, although I’m totally appreciating all the waist-cinched looks, especially the ones that employ knotted shirts.

Was The Kill Order any good? I got a bit tired of Dashner after the 3rd Maze Runner book (which apparently left such an impression on me, I’ve forgotten its title :/).

    Bwahahaha, indeed! 😀

Pssst! We have to confer about our next cycle of T3 topics. I know the one after October is a freebie, but we can never be too pro-active with our planning, eh?

Shirts tied around my waist make me feel like I’m layering for fall, even though it’s still in the 80s. 😉

I was not impressed with The Kill Order. It was a lot of action, but very short on plot. Most of the characters were new, and those that weren’t were people I didn’t care for. There really wasn’t any new info.

      😀

We’ve got topics picked out through February, but we should probably plan a few more. I liked Whitney’s idea of a biography (historical fiction would work too).

Hey, great Audrey shirt! Your outfits are all cute, but I really like the striped dress with the orchid sweater and the sneaker tops turned down to show the same color. And the little grey dress.
Loving your books this week – I’ve read all of them except the Dashner and ‘The Help’.

Oh, and thanks for the shout-out! I think it’s going to be a fun series.

Thanks! The Audrey tee, striped dress, purple shirt, and grey dress are all from Old Navy. I wish their clothes were better quality, but I really love their styles. 🙂

The Kill Order and The Help were both disappointing for me.

Of course! You’re my go-to resource for Cozies. 🙂
