TARDIS pendant

This sweatshirt + denim mini + tights + sneakers combo is very Amy Pond of me, so what better accessory than a TARDIS? Linking up with Maricel:

Oversized flannel + mini + leggings + boots = Winter go-to look for The Lovely Lookbook:

READING

Little Bo by Julie Andrews Edwards

Mary Poppins Opens the Door by P. L. Travers

Let It Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle

Skipping Christmas by John Grisham (completed)

LOVING

My younger sister and 2 month old nephew visited over the weekend. It was fun to see my kids interact with their little cousin, and to compare their baby pictures with him (there is a strong family resemblance).

At my son’s suggestion, we celebrated CyberMAN Day on Monday with a viewing of Army of Ghosts and Doomsday.

Although plaid is my fave color and I’m hosting TARDIS Tuesdays, may fave this week is the fit and flare dress ensemble. Dunno why; it just appeals to my sensibilities.

You could try more Maureen Johnson too. I like that she writes standalone books. In this day and age of the mighty trilogy, that’s a rarity, especially in YA.

Thanks! I actually did the Audrey Hepburn scarves post thinking The Lovely Lookbook was scarves, so I was scrambling to figure out a go-to. I didn’t even see the extreme similarity between the 2 flannel + mini + leggings looks until I was uploading the week’s photos. Haha.

I love the plaid sneakers! So fun! There’s a pair of plaid high top converse hiding somewhere in my parents house that I used to wear around Christmas. I was always so excited to get to wear them!
