I love the versatility of my black ankle boots. They have enough heel to pair beautifully with boot cut jeans:
They’re just the right height to work with cuffed denim and printed socks:
I love the little bit of edge they add to a flirty skater dress:
These Comfort Plus by Predictions ankle boots are a few years old, but Payless still carries a very similar style.

Welcome back! Congrats on making your Goodreads goal! I, myself, fell short by two books – TWO BOOKS! – but blame it all on creeping sloth and general malaise. Hopefully, I’ll be back to reading again this year.
I love versatility and these boots showcase that perfectly. I’ve been thinking of getting rid of a few of my more ornamental (read impractical and painful) pairs and these look like a good substitute for them. Huzzahs for Comfort Plus, eh?

Comfort Plus are the BEST! I got a compliment from a stranger on my Comfort Plus oxfords last week. When I told her they were from Payless, she was shocked. 😉
