It’s time to Wear It Again. Each month I’ll choose a look from the same month of the previous year, and use it for my inspiration.
I basically recreated this whole look, although with slightly different pieces.
I missed Blogging Besties on Friday, so I’m doubling up today. 😉
Blogging Besties is the brain child of Alex @ Undergraduate Style and Whitney @ Whitney à la Mode. It’s based on the idea of “take one, pass it on,” but we’re passing on an element from another blogger’s outfit.
This week we could choose from “J. Crew pleated mini, striped tee, flats, leopard print, olive, and a pendant necklace”. I’m passing on the B&W stripes from Alex’s look.

Chucks ftw!!! I’m wearing my black Chucks today too, but I’m sporting a cmpletely different look from yours. LOL. Loving the stripes; they are indeed a classic!

Before I got my Chucks I used to wear Sperry Topsiders regularly. I still love them, but they are much preppier and therefore less “me”, I was very pleased to find the thinner Breton striped top, and the faux leather on the neckline (you can see it in the detail shot) is a fun touch. 🙂

Can you really go wrong with stripes and denim shorts?? NOOOO!!! I have been looking for a black and white striped sweater like that for ages.
