TTT: Underrated

Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is “Top Ten Books We Enjoyed That Have Under 2000 Ratings On Goodreads.”

As I was scanning through my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ books on Goodreads, I noticed that I have a TON of picture books and short stories that are underrated. I think this is just a product of the way most people use Goodreads. The vast majority of Goodreads users read and rate novels and adult non-fiction. So, I’ve not bothered with picture books or short stories here.

  1. Anne of Green Gables, My Daughter, and Me: What My Favorite Book Taught Me about Grace, Belonging, and the Orphan in Us All by Lorilee Craker (105)
  2. Jane Austen Cover to Cover: 200 Years of Classic Book Covers by Margaret C. Sullivan (517)
  3. Betty Crocker’s Cooking Basics: Learning to Cook with Confidence by Betty Crocker (146)
  4. Spinning Starlight by R. C. Lewis (898)
  5. Devoted by Jennifer Mathieu (838)
  6. There Must be Murder by Margaret C. Sullivan (103)
  7. Blackberry Hollow by Paul Peabody (4)
  8. Just Mrs. Goose by Miriam Clark Potter (3)
  9. Centerburg Tales: More Adventures of Homer Price by Robert McCloskey (1156)
  10. Miracle on 34th Street by Valentine Davies (1104)
  11. Once Was a Time by Leila Sales (218)
