Blogging Besties is the brain child of Alex @ Undergraduate Style and Whitney @ Whitney à la Mode. It’s based on the idea of “take one, pass it on,” but we’re passing on an element from another blogger’s outfit.
This week we could choose from “all neutrals, lace tee, cardigan, relaxed jeans, sandals, and a pendant necklace”. I passed on the lace top, jeans, sandals, and pendant from Alex’s look.

And it’s TARDIS blue too! I love it! Is it new? It’s Old Navy, isn’t it? You always have such a keen eye for ON stuff. Went to their outlet store on my birthday and couldn’t find a single thing I liked. Then again, I was with Aly and she was being impatient so that may have been a factor to my malaise. ;p

Haha, yes, it’s Old Navy (and new). I hate clothes shopping with my kids, so I take my time on the website and then just visit the store for returns and a quick look at the clearance rack. Of course, that only works if you have a retail store super close by.
I’m expecting a shipment tomorrow with a patterned dress. If it fits, I’ll wear it for next Friday’s Blogging Besties. 🙂

The cut of the dress isn’t particularly flattering, so I’m planning to return it. BUT, I love the pattern so much that I will photograph it for Friday and count it as borrowed. 😉
